NXP ultra-low dropout voltage regulator launched LD6806CX4
NXP Semiconductors NXPSemiconductorsN.V. LD6806CX4 recently announced that its ultra-low dropout regulator (LDO) is available now. The product has the characteristics of low pressure, rated at 200-mA current drop of only 60mV. LD6806CX4 ultra-small 0.76×0.76×0.47mm wafer level chip scale package (WLCSP), occupies minimal board space, design size is limited and highly demanding on the battery life of mobile devices of choice. Mobile phone battery discharge is almost linear with time, but the LDO can provide a constant regulated output voltage, which effectively improve the situation.
