Overview

The Industrial control transformers are specifically designed for high inrush applications requiring reliable output voltage.
These transformer are designed to meet industrial applications where electromagnetic devices such as relays, solenoids and other control components are used. Control transformers (also known as machine tool transformers) provide isolation to control components from power surges and lighting circuits, and provide good power regulation under inrush conditions.
The inrush current requirement of control elements can be up to 15 times the transformer's nominal rating. While the inrush current is occurring the control transformer keeps the voltage powering the control element as steady as possible.

● There are air flows between coils’s layer to layer and between coil to core, resulting fast heat dissipation, and low temperature rise.
● High grade iron core and winding can be wire or foil
● Small volume, light weight and good workmanship.
● After vacuum pressure impregnating, the whole transformers and reactors are moisture proof and mildew proof.
● Insulation class H or C.
● Lower audio noise.
● Nomex based insulation system for foil winding transformers and reactors.
