Dry Type Transformers

Overview

A transformer is consisting of ferromagnetic core and coil. It is important component in various modern electrical and electronic systems. We have advanced technology and imported equipments and made of high quality silicon sheet, copper enamel insulated wire(or high quality foil), insulation material and optimal design. Applied with arranged non-bobbin coil winding technology and vacuum pressure impregnating(VPI) process, the transformer insulation class up to H or C.

Types

(1)Isolation Transformer
Used to establish a new neutral-ground bond in order to correct common mode and other grounding problems. A transformer can provide conversion of a Delta system (3 wire) to a Wye connected (4 wire) system. A shielded isolation transformer provides excellent protection from all types of N-G disturbances (impulses, RMS voltage, and high frequency noise). It also protects against voltage transients and spikes while offering full galvanic isolation, traps 3rd harmonic and triplen harmonics.

(2)Buck & Boost Transformer(two coils type)
Used for power increase or decrease, and has isolation.

(3)Auto Transformer(one coil type)
Used for power voltage increase or decrease. It is more cost saving than buck and boost transformer but has no isolation.

(4)Special Transformers
We also design and manufacture special transformers like: control transformer, coupling transformer, UPS transformer, vector transformer, shifter transformer, variable transformer etc.

(5)The specifications of the transformers as input and output, capacity, voltage, current, frequency(40~650Hz), temperature rise, insulation class and noise and so on can be custom designed.
